Direct Nursing Service

Awesome Team
EWCC staff are considered Personal Support Services (PSS) providers, and/or Personal Support Aides (PSA). The PSS and/or PSA are licensed as Private Home Care Providers and are enrolled in CCSP to provide a range of supportive services in the member’s home setting. A Care Coordinator provides supervision of the Personal Support Aides. A Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed practical nurse (LPN), under the supervision of the RN, provides medical supervision of the Personal Support Aides and medication monitoring.
Excellent Support
The Administrator provides administrative supports and coordinates supervision of services provided. A PSS or PSA is assigned to a client to perform the duties that are required for that particular client in relation with the job description and care plan provided by the care coordinator. The services are rendered 7 days a week and anytime within a 24-hour day period, according to the care plan. Services include weekends and all holidays. Services are provided in the client’s private residence.
Faster Performance
We develop a systematic well-ordered process of analysis, from concept through implementation, as we provide personal care and companionship to our clients wanting and needing care in the privacy of their homes. Services are provided primarily to clients with developmental disabilities, elderly and disabled clients who need more extensive care. All cares are provided in the client’s permanent or temporary residence. We assist clients who require one-hour home visits, and up to twenty-four hours of care and live-ins.
Our Services
Personal Care Services
EWCC provides personal care services that include medication reminding, medication assistance, medication administration, and nursing services. EWCC services are intended to assist clients with activities of daily living, which would include, but not be limited to, activity of daily living support, personal care, medication reminding, housekeeping services, personal laundry, cooking, shopping, assistance in getting to and from appointments, transferring in/out of bed/chair or walking, and companionship. These services will be provided for the hours and days requested by the Client.
